Internal Left Carotid Artery Stent Thrombosis: Stent Reperfusion after Effective Anticoagulant Treatment

An 83-year-old woman with left internal carotid stent thrombosis the day after angioplasty. The anticoagulant treatment was not effective during the angioplasty procedure (insufficient). After correction of the treatment (heparin + aspirin + clopidogrel), the control makes it possible to note a recanalization of the stent 24 hours later with persistence of an image of intrastent thrombus.
